51: Whoever he is... I'm sure he understands how sincere you are. He probably just has some trouble letting go - maybe he thinks it'd be wrong to just pretend that something never happened. But it doesn't sound like he wants to back down, either, from trying to forgive. Maybe the easiest answer's just that... forgiveness is, it's a process.
