Helios is one of the most interesting magic-users Draco has met, and originally he only associated the man as being a contact of both Ginia's and Hermione's. However recently he's starting to feel more comfortable claiming Helios as a contact of his own. He's curious about the man's world where magic seems to be more of a problem than a practice. He wants to know more about the theory and lifestyle behind the magic.

He's also a bit curious about how Helios' personality is changing and how he perceives the world. He doesn't agree with some of the thoughts Helios has, but he finds he agrees more than disagrees.

SO he's a good contact to have and Draco's planning on getting closer to him as long as Helios will tolerate it.
