Beast perplexes Draco in the sense that he knows there's some major-powerful magic going on with him and his world and he's not sure what to make of it. He'd like to speak with him more and learn more about Beast's world and the curse upon it, but at the same time he's kind of wary to. Overall impressions have come to shown that he just looks hideous but he's actually okay to associate with. So chances of further interaction are leaning toward the "more likely" side.
