Gotta admit, I thought Fuuko was, uh, a little weird in the beginning. But she's not like that at all, she just really likes starfish. In a lotta ways she reminds me of Colette - what she might've been like without all that responsibility of saving the world and dying and everything. ...And without falling over all the time.

Anyway, it was fun to come up with something for her festival. She seems like the kinda person who just likes to have friends. ...It's really sweet.
