Just a quick little ditty of a meme to break up all the other plotty stuff going on. :) (Stolen and slightly modified from Vatheon!)

10 Things for 10 People

→ Post with your character ICly saying ten different things to ten different people.

→ Or eight things to eight people, or five things to five people. There's no hard or fast limit.

→ You can say things your character wants to say, things your character refuses to say, thoughts or beliefs about other people, secrets...

→ But you can't say who those people are! No naming names.

→ (Example: "I've always liked you, but I can't tell you that.")

→ React to everyone ICly. Make guesses or reassure or whatever. And have fun!

1) Those months apart made me realize I need you more than breathing. If I hold you too tight it's because I'm still afraid I'll wake up without you. ...Sorry.

2) I know you're still hiding things from me, and maybe that's okay. Whatever happened, I'm glad we can be a family now.

3) You're not him. I tell myself that every day, and you've proven it to me. Don't ever stop being a hero.

4) I never met you back home, but I'm glad I got to meet you here. You make it seem like I've got another family here.

If it wasn't a reason? She'd likely never say yes. But it needn't be the biggest reason. Nor the most reasonable reason. Just...a reason. A measly little reason.

1. You are incredibly sweet, genuine human being. I know things can't be easy for you even back home, and I'm sorry for all you've lost--but I'm glad to have the chance to know you, there and here.

2. I'm glad you came over with him that day--even if you startled me. I'll try and get used to everything, I promise.

3. There's nothing you can do or say to make it right, and we both know that. What makes me angry is the fact that you honestly don't seem to care. You killed my friend. You nearly killed my lover. And you don't regret it at all, do you?

4. We don't know each other well, but thank you. The choice you made wasn't an easy one, and I'll do my best to respect it and her. I promise.

5. You two are so alike it's scary sometimes. Thank you for giving it a chance.

6. Things started badly between us, but I think they're getting better now. At least, I hope they are. I really do want to get to know you more, and not just because of how important you are to him.

7. I still think you're a nice guy--but I also still won't tell.

8. Thank you for believing in him, even after what happened in your world. And for doing his laundry, because that also deserves a mention. (P.S. You and yours are adorable.)

1. Sometimes I think it is arrogant to assume you feel the same way. Then you smile and all I can feel is peace.

2. I've said this before to others, but for you it's the most true. I don't even trust you but I can see this coming well enough. You will be what gets me killed. I just hope it's worth it.

3. It's never bothered me not to have children- but I look at you and see someone I care for as a daughter.

4. Talk as much as you like. I'll listen. But I won't let you knot things up like this again.

5. Pull something like that in the view of a child again and I'll put a bullet in you. I don't care what he did. They suffer enough here without you adding to it.

6. Prayer is still strange to me. It always will be. But thank you for giving me a reason to have faith.

7. You'll never tell me the whole story, will you? I don't mind. It's not mine to know. Just let me help you smile however I can.

8. ...I might actually want them back soon. Thank you for holding onto them. And for being...you.

9. I've pulled the trigger before and regretted it. But not for one moment will I regret doing what I did for you. You're one of the best men I know and I'll do it again to see you safe.
