Saori on Derek: Saori thinks that Derek is a pretty wonderful person. He took the time to talk to her and stay with her when she was having a massive problem. She doesn't really know much about him other than he hunts vampires and is somewhat of a problem for Adele. He's a good singer, and that counts for a lot in her book too. She wants to get to know him better, but he's very much a friend.

Luke on Derek: Luke likes Derek. He's a friend. He's a bit odd, and it's weird talking to him without memories of their earlier meetings. But he does like the man. He'd like to get to know Derek better, and means to once things settle down.
