Okay, serious times. Billy is on tier with all of Sora's disney friends. Someone he can't replace in his heart and will never leave it. While the lesson on two guys being in love like a guy and girl threw him for a loop, he still thinks of Billy as a good person. When Billy is down Sora will try and lift his spirits; like with ice skating. He can't let a friend mope and while it's not good to forget about your problems, Sora wants to help Billy feel better. He's got Billy's back no matter what.
Also he's Sora's replacement Donald. Just sayin'.
