The few moments in which they might joke about something are outweighed by how annoying he can find Loki. He's inclined to think the kid's trying to piss him off for shits and giggles, and wouldn't put it past a trickster. He also thinks if he has gotten to Loki at any point, he would never in a gajillion years admit it. The kid seems to think very highly of himself and makes no secret of it, prompting Isaac to believe he's probably a lot less confident than he seems and looking for some sort of validation. Probably the 'nicest' thing Isaac could think to say is that there are more annoying people he could have as company.
