In Luceti, Link would definitely be better adjusted. He'd be... wow, thirty, and would have completely caught up at this stage - much of the naivete would be gone. Assuming the Third Party is still around, he'd be much, much more serious in teaching people how to fight - he may have asked the school to make it an official subject at some point or something?
He'd probably have stopped the horseriding (Epona would now be nineteen years old, and horses tend to have a life expectency of 20-30 years - instead, he'd just spoil her rotten - and in an edit three hours after the fact, she may have had a foal at that point which he could ride instead, once it grew up), but definitely would keep up with the music (ocarina and guitar, maybe he's learnt something else at some point, too). I can see him teaching that as well - maybe not ocarina, since they'd be hard to come by, but almost certainly guitar.
In terms of his personal life... god knows XD But he's probably been in a few relationships by then - he'd definitely have shaken off the whole 'kid in an adult's body' thing (he basically has NOW, and he does sort of act nineteen-ish, but he's still rather naive for nineteen). Kids...? Maaaaybe, but he'd be wary if the Third Party was still around. I can actually see him semi-adopting any kids that get sent in without their parents or guardians, though.
Edit: Oops, and now I see 'your character has been in Luceti for ten years' - he's already been here for two, and I just added ten, not eight. So. Twelve years all up.

Five years down the road, she'll hopefully have been in at least one failed relationship. Hopefully a couple (Because how else do you find your feet?), and by that point, Horatio will hopefully have been able to come to terms with his unhappy marriage and the fact that he's in Luceti with no guaranteed way back. Both of them are too stubborn to actually act on anything, but that's about the point where they'd start to admit that they could potentially be more than friends.
It would take the next five years or so for it to actually amount to anything, though our headcanon says they would eventually get married. (Amazingly enough, this is fast for Jilly. It took her 15 years to even start dating the love of her life, in canon). At which point there would some day be curly headed bits of mischief running around and getting into trouble under Uncle Archie's loving misdirection. Jilly would be 34 and, really, have a much happier 35th year than canon gives her.
Oddly enough, as happy as she is in Newford, things fall apart for her in 15 years (when she's in her early 40s), so she'd probably be happier in the long-run, in Luceti, barring dark AU mishaps.

Assuming said person never arrives here, Leonhardt likely will be a lot more like a normal person within about 1-2 years. He may not fully have moved past his grief at losing the woman he loved, but he would likely have come a long way in liking himself more and being less scared of losing loved ones.
After that, he may well try to find someone else to love and have children of his own
and finally lose his own virginity. If he could not, then he'd likely have adopted a few of Luceti's orphans and act as a big brother/father figure to them. He'd still work on trying to find a way home though. If the war with the Third Party was still going on, he'd likely take on more students to train in swordsmanship and orbal arts. By that point, he likely would have learned enough that he could actually construct orbments for people rather than having to simulate them in the Battle Dome, so he could give non-combatants an option for battle besides having to do harm.no subject
He'd be pretty well-adjusted, but still a deadly opponent in battle and on drafts (assuming they're still ongoing). He might've finally get around to learning how to fight with a weapon, too.
Kouki would still be helping people out, as well as teaching and talking about various tales he know from his world.
Relationship wise, he'd tell his friends about himself and let them know about his worries. He might also, maybe, get a girlfriend in that time.
All while doing some Bible research.

Pils will probably continue working on her cooking, so if possible, she would probably take a swing at working at Seventh Heaven or the bakery as she gets older.
She would still miss her family and friends back home, so she might end up coddling some of the younger kids in Luceti, maybe like a big sister? She might be one of those "embarrassing mom/mother bear" types, though, even if they're not her kids. "awwww baby look how cute you are put on that bowtie you look so handsome" etc so on.

Generally speaking, of course, there are the natural changes that come with an extra ten years on him- some wrinkling, being easier to tire out, a bit of a shorter leash on his patience. He'll be very much settled into Luceti and have learned to accept the fact that he's not going back to London permanently anytime soon (maybe not so much that it's likely he'll never get back, though). He will be far too stubborn to refer to Luceti as home still. Haha god, if Luceti hasn't got a system of law and jurisdiction set up or started in ten years' time he'll. Still be pushing for one. He'll probably be a bit more relaxed on the subject than he used to be, but he will still think it's the best idea and be willing to admit as much. In that offhanded way where he knows it probably won't happen for a long time sob society y u so difficult. And I think he'd be determined to be involved and help out as much as he can, more particularly with New Feathers and the Welcome Center. The many benefits of being old and experienced enough not to give a fuck what turns up needing a hand. People would have to stop him from demanding a system of New Feather Response Classes, in which you evaluate for potential threat and send someone who can best handle the situation, because that would probably be annoying al;sdkfj. Would definitely have spent time trying to figure a good way to get kids who are on their own someone to look after them, or is there already something like that in place, I feel like there might have been? :|a I'm awful at this. LOOK, LESTRADE IS AN ACTIVE SENIOR CITIZEN OKAY.
Lestrade will also have effectively adopted his share of Lucetians, be warned. He's not much of the hovering type, but the check in and interfere if there is danger or excess lack of common sense method is one he's long learned to master. Gruff yet inevitably caring father figure. It's in his blood.
I obviously couldn't speak for ten years of Luceti life, but I don't see him winding up romantically involved with anybody or having kids of his own. Particularly the kids thing, because I think that even as he is in the present he thinks it's a bit of a ship already sailed. Whether because he already has kids in canon that we'll never know about or just because of age and the lifestyle he chose.
Will have canon-updated to at least Reichenbach and dealt with the fallout from that. Further episodes entirely possible, but it's hard to know without knowing where the series takes the original ACD stories and spins them, haha. I can't really say for his relationships with castmates, but I'd hope they were ones that grew closer instead of apart with the time and circumstances. He loves you guys. B|
I think he'll have gotten himself killed once with a possible close call in another instance in that time, too? Don't know in what order or under what circumstances. He's just got the tendency to be kind of noble and stupid and hardheaded and not necessarily against running into a situation over his head to help out someone helpless, so I can. see it happening. Bless him. And he will also totally have gotten himself a pet, because he can't be tamed!! His wild and crazy foreveralone with his goldfish lifestyle. That is all I can think of.
tl;dr he is a boss senior citizen who still does not like bullshit and will dazzle the population with his good looks and snarky laid-back attitude. Obviously. lmao I don't even know help
