Tsun as he may be, Yuan actually really enjoys Grune's company. She's invasive, but not in a way that he minds too much, because she isn't actually poking her nose into his business. She doesn't know anything about Yuan, but she has this childish innocence that makes her concern feel that much more genuine. Though, because she's so eerily similar to Martel, he does worry that she may get friendly with the wrong crowd and get hurt because of it.

He still doesn't entirely know what to think of Dhaos. The guy's enjoyable enough company because they always have such interesting conversations, but Dhaos reminds him of himself and that's what makes him wary. If he's hiding all sorts of things, who knows what Dhaos might be hiding? Until he actually has a reason to distrust the guy, though, he'll stick by Dhaos' side.

He still thinks Raine is clever and kind, and would love to confer with her more, but paranoia's holding him back. Ever since the Mithos murder incident, he's worried that Raine looks down on him for not telling her he was involved. In fact, he virtually lied to her about it, as she did ask him about Mithos at some point and he feigned ignorance.

So yeah. His confidence kinda took a tumble, so to speak. That needs patching up.

Hi Sheena. You are still strong and independent in his book.

That said, he gets the feeling that Zelos' departure is bugging her more than she's letting on, but he knows better than to bring it up. He wouldn't want her commenting on it if he was in her position, either. The best he can do is be around to distract her with their mutual fail.

She's trying not to let it bug her so much since it was kind of a while ago now. (The new feather cycles kind of worry her because what if he comes back?) Mutual fail is perfectly acceptable!

Speaking of mutual fail, when is Sheena getting back from her mission? I'm thinking of having Yuan return from his mallynap on Thursday, but if Sheena isn't back by then I may delay it.

Yuan doesn't even know, anymore. He's still been avoiding Kratos like the plague because he just doesn't want to think about what happened. Which is a little backwards, because if it really was nothing, their companionship would be the same as it always was. He realizes it's backwards and that frustrates him, but he still can't get over himself because... augh, the memories. Augh augh.

Okay, so. He gets the feeling Jeb isn't all there. By which I mean, the kid's easily distracted or prone to spacing out or something like that. He can only hope Jeb actually did get around to asking for self defense lessons, because he needs them. Badly.
