Okay seriously. Norma loves Ace very much. He is most definitely her best male friend in Luceti (sorry, MarMar) that isn't from Melfes. She may get into stupid arguments with him and fight with him over things, but she will always love and treasure his friendship and presence. Their first...and second meetings were rocky, but Norma can look back on those and laugh about them now - especially the dress Ace was forced into. 8Da

She still makes the reference that Ace is a lot like Moses in a lot of ways, but at this point she can see the differences as well as the similarities and likes Ace because he is Ace and not Moses. This is perhaps why she takes it upon herself to try and cheer him up when he's feeling low about himself or whatever (LAUGH BRIGADE, YEAH). This also means she worries about him a lot, since he has such a high pension of getting in over his head and she's gotta be the one to fish him out. :\

She said she'd take care of him, and she's going to make good on her word as much as she possibly can. Ace makes her feel safe, comfortable, and wanted. It's possibly the main reason why Norma enjoys his and Marco's company as much as she does. She can be herself around them - laugh, cry, cuddle, make stupid jokes, she can fit in with them. That's something she holds near and dear to her heart - that kind of family setting. Grune's the only other one she feels that comfortable around so yeah... She loves having Ace to fall back on when she needs him for anything.
