Draco is strange, not in he 'ohmygosh total weird guy' sense, he's just. Strange. Best way she can describe him. There are times where they get along and there are times where Fuuko feels as though she's being mercilessly teased or horribly trolled. There is some sort of friendship there despite everything though, Fuuko can't see why else Draco would put up with her silly questions about flying on brooms and starfish if they weren't friends. Chances are if Draco ever needed something from Fuuko she would do it just to pay him back for all the stuff he's taught her about magic and what not.
