Someone who's almost the same age as Yotsuba! Another kid! She didn't even have a friend like this back home what is this strange concept of friends your own age? No adult will ever understand how intense it is to fight invisible t-rexes who might also be wizards and then pretend to be stools only later to end up fighting off killer whales. Elicia is the one person Yotsuba can really let her imagination run wild around and just have insane amounts of fun with. With Sailor Cicada and Sailor Lion working together they will take over Luceti defeat all the bad guys and stop evil! Yeah!!
