Norma really doesn't have a huge opinion of Kazuma, if only because she doesn't see him around as often as other people, so she can't make a real judgement of him. She likes him, yes, but not any more than an "oh, hey, I remember that guy" kind of way way. (This clearly means they must thread more in the future, yesyes).

She thinks he's actually kinda flighty and cute. Shy, quiet, strange...and those are just the kinds of people Norma actually enjoys to be around sometimes. She wants to drag them out places, make them laugh, smile, open up, that kind of thing. If she knew Kazuma more, she may very well do exactly what I said and drag him to places against his will. |Da

Right now, though, he may get a casual smile, wave, greeting, and the very Norma-esque invasion of his immediate personal space. Unsure whether that means arm holding and hugging, but. :|a
