Oh gosh where to start.

He finds Leonhardt to be difficult above anything else. For all the times he's been helpful and taught Caius new things the fact he's so hung up on his past and killing people makes Caius reconsider what he thinks of Leonhardt. It's really difficult for him to convey what he wants to say to Leonhardt without coming across as not caring or condoning mass murder, because death is an awful thing which shouldn't be downplayed in any way. Whilst Caius likes him as a penpal and even as a teacher in some respects he finds it hard talking to Leonhardt at times, mostly because of the reason above. Caius might even regret being told about what Leonhardt did in the past because as he said Caius genuinely thought Leonhardt was a good person. He wants to find the right way to tell Leonhardt he's still a good person, he just needs some time to think it over.
