That really sums it up XDDD Fujiko has the most reasonable Nami CR and thus the least TL;DR because it's not a giant bundle of "omfg so complicated." Nope, not complicated at all. Totally simple. They both agree that the river should be turned into gold; just for the sake of morale in the village. THAT SAYS IT ALL.
Fujiko tends to have troubles getting along with most adult women in general (exceptions are all over since it's Lupin though) but Nami isn't one of those. She's smart, strong, doesn't really need any of the Fujiko big-sister/governess style pep talks and they have enough in common and different to make it work. Fujiko preeeetty much fails the FRIENDS thing (like how Nami had a hard time with the word nakama/friends until after Arlong Park was destroyed? That's like permanent Fujiko for other reasons) but she does like Nami in the way a *sane/normal* person would call casual friendship. One day they should probably have more boys are dumb talks. And/or Fujiko will show off with making Lupin do her thieving bidding in a way Nami will is bound to appreciate. One or both of those XD
