This is a woman who happily greeted a 7ft suit of armor that was looking at her garden without so much as a flinch. That should tell you a lot about this one. After her experiences with Tango company and many more bigoted humans before Section Two turned Spartans into paragons of humanity, Daisy was caught off-guard by how accepting the whole enclosure was towards people like her, but even they took notice of her physical differences.

The moment this woman comes in unconcerned about her height or weapons, she doesn't know what to do. It's that reason Daisy likes her, though. Grune saw nothing different in the girl, asked her about her favourite flowers, happily invited her to dance back at Christmas Eve, and likes to be with her.

There was a time Grune changed, being amidst Daisy's paranoia from CJ's warning to the attack at the Dome. She was a little off-put by it all... But in the end, for Daisy, this person is still Grune. Someone that cares little about what others may seem like, but that nonetheless accepts them.

However, someday Daisy will have to learn what happened to Grune during those days.

Keep files about her in watch. There was a time she stopped being the absent-minded woman she pretended to be.
