His opinion of Keimi hasn't changed much on the surface. She's still a dear friend of the crew, and thus he'll always go out of his way to make her smile, cheer her during rough times - or occasionally flirt it up because hell yes mermaid.

What has changed is he's gaining appreciation for her talents and strengths - her making Seventh Heaven's outfits really impressed him, even if Rarity came up with the designs. It's a side of her he's never seen before. While she deserves more recognition - especially from herself - he can't wait to see how she further develops her abilities in a field she's passionate about!
