If it weren't for Sheena taking the time to talk with Fuuko before the draft things probably would have ended up being much worse than they were. Fuuko appreciates all the effort Sheena has put into enduring her crazy starfish obsession and frequent visits to the tea shop, as well as developing starfish tea. Past the draft and starfish Fuuko wants to be there for Sheena if she's ever feeling upset or down again. Whilst she might not fully understand why Sheena feels the way she does Fuuko is sure some more doodles or another cake wouldn't go amiss to brighten things up.
