very messy complicated sad feelings combined with happy ones now.
she still loves you, still wants to be close to you, but she knows it can't be the same which is why she offered. a lot of guilt in there too. she's happy you accepted her proposal and really wants to see a relationship grow, whether it's friends or anything else.

most of all she just wants you to be happy, whether it's with or without her.
