Molly is so, so glad that Harry's here, not only because he has the effect of making her feel safe, but also because it gives him a respite from what she knows is waiting for him at home. Though she is... worried. She's worried about how long he can be kept away from getting Maggie before he snaps, she's worried she'll somehow spill what happened to his legs and what he did to get his mobility back, and what she agreed to do... she's torn between wanting to cling on to his shadow more tightly than ever and the knowledge that... he's not going to be around long, so she'd better learn how to survive on her own. On a whole other level? She just enjoys spending time with him. She may not be all 'take me now' in love with him, but she does love him, does still carry that small torch in the back of her mind, as she finds him to be one of the best men that she's ever known. And coming from Michael Carpenter's daughter, that says a lot.
