Just a quick little ditty of a meme to break up all the other plotty stuff going on. :) (Stolen and slightly modified from Vatheon!)

10 Things for 10 People

→ Post with your character ICly saying ten different things to ten different people.

→ Or eight things to eight people, or five things to five people. There's no hard or fast limit.

→ You can say things your character wants to say, things your character refuses to say, thoughts or beliefs about other people, secrets...

→ But you can't say who those people are! No naming names.

→ (Example: "I've always liked you, but I can't tell you that.")

→ React to everyone ICly. Make guesses or reassure or whatever. And have fun!

Yes. That's right. [ sarcasm. ] I absolutely regret having someone make me feel so absolutely loved that they might want to take a forever just to wallow in that love.

I don't regret being asked. [ she only regrets being unable to accept. now. it's been a journey. buffy usually needs time to come to terms with just about everything. ]

"Yeah? Well. Ladies like me love accessorizing. And I've worn that sucker with outfits it definitely clashed with. There's your sign."

"It's a good sign. I'll take it, eh? And you must take it that I don't regret."

"I probably owe you an answer. Soon."

There's no owing. None. It's an answer, not a debt."

"Everyone else disagrees.

Well -- okay. Maybe not everyone."

"All the time in the world," he said simply. It meant something different now. No pressure. None. Do it in your own time, no one else's.

"Until you disappear and then there really is something to regret."

"Annie? No. That is not....that is not a reason."

He could make no promises on that front. None at all.

"Please let that not be a reason."

If it wasn't a reason? She'd likely never say yes. But it needn't be the biggest reason. Nor the most reasonable reason. Just...a reason. A measly little reason.

"I'm sure I could come up with others. If I tried. Reasons."

"Such as loving you. Such as having been well and truly touched by the proposal itself. Such as wanting a cute little cottage of our own some day once it's...convenient to leave seven."
