Just a quick little ditty of a meme to break up all the other plotty stuff going on. :) (Stolen and slightly modified from Vatheon!)

10 Things for 10 People

→ Post with your character ICly saying ten different things to ten different people.

→ Or eight things to eight people, or five things to five people. There's no hard or fast limit.

→ You can say things your character wants to say, things your character refuses to say, thoughts or beliefs about other people, secrets...

→ But you can't say who those people are! No naming names.

→ (Example: "I've always liked you, but I can't tell you that.")

→ React to everyone ICly. Make guesses or reassure or whatever. And have fun!

No, I'm saying it because I know it's true! Why kill yourself stressing out about everything bad about this place and turn a blind eyes to the good things about it?! For some people, this place's a thousand time better than where they're originally from! For some people, this place is all they have left!

And they laugh and smile and get close to people. Even if they know at any minute they could be whisked away. ...And even if others know the exact same thing.

And what exactly is "good" about it, hmm? For the people who have it worse where they're from, or only have this place left, then good for them.

[JJ, you're sounding awfully selfish, and Norma's actually feeling a bit insulted by that. She has people she loves dearly in Luceti that are what she said - they have nothing left back home. The time they have in Luceti is all they have left in the world, and they still remain to be happy. Happy and grateful with what they have. Happy and grateful because it could all be snatched aay in the blink of an eye.]

The thing that's good about this place are the people, JJ. Try meeting a few, and actually making friends. You'll find out it's a whole lot better when you've got someone to share the burden with - you're not the only one with problems here, you know!

I know I'm not the only one with problems. But I don't want to get involved in anyone else's problems, and I don't want anyone else involved in mine.
