THE DAILY LIFE MEME
GREETINGS LUCETIANS. Long ago, on a distant server, Kyio once unleashed a pleasant meme. But then it's been over a year and yeah, we need to do it again. It's sort of like an info survey.
Well it's back, with new questions! And thanks to Dreamwidth's generous comment character count, these might even fit into a single comment! It's a 33 question survey/meme about your characters and their experiences and developments in Luceti. It'll give you a better idea of where your characters are at and let other people get a good sense of what your character is like and up to. It can make for interesting stuff, really.

Obi-Wan Kenobi
2) Weight: Perhaps 160. Muscular, but it's all lean muscle.
3) Eye color/Hair Color: Blue-Grey eyes, light brown hair. See icon for details
4) Age: 37
5) Physical features: Well, he's fairly handsome but not pants-meltingly so, and he wears a beard. Other than that, pretty physically unassuming.
6) Voice: Behold, snark and insincere complaining!
7) Who do they live with and how are chores divided in their house/apartment?: He's been hopping around between empty apartments since Anakin arrived, but he's thinking about returning to CH 5.
8) Their favorite (and least favorite, if you want) foods and who does the cooking in their house/apartment?: He loves danish. There aren't many foods he dislikes, he's not a picky guy.
9) What they do during an average day in Luceti: Well, he's an early riser, he typically goes out for a run early in the day, meditates a bit afterward to center himself- lately, he's been doing this in the battledome with Ran Fan, as he has been teaching her to meditate- and then the remainder of the day, he'll simply wander and converse. He has little by way of positive occupation, because he wants to keep himself free in case he's needed.
10) Their general sense of fashion: Well, Jedi robes. And, um.
Jedi robes.
Yeah, mostly just Jedi robes.
11) Do they have any hobbies? Did they come up with these hobbies in Luceti, or was it something they always did?: He took up Parkour as a means of exercise when he was briefly without his Force sensitivity upon first arriving. Now he sticks to the ground most days, though he'll still indulge in an odd spot of rooftop antics here and there.
12) Has the situation in Luceti changed their view on certain topics/the way they react to different things?: He watched the films. It gave him a far more positive outlook on the fate of the Galaxy, and also, HOLY CRAP LUKE SKYWALKER GREW UP AWESOME.
13) Do they have a weapon? If so, do they carry it at all times or just under certain circumstances?: Lightsaber. And that weapon is his life, Anakin.
14) Who are their neighbors?: Depends what unit he crashed in that night.
15) Who are their best friends in Luceti? How often do they spend time with them and doing what? Luke Skywalker, though they've been a touch distant of late and have shared little by way of common activities. Anakin Skywalker, who he has not yet bridged the gap fully with but means to. And Adele LeBlanc, who he occasionally meets just to share snark or angst with.
16) Their favorite areas/stores/hang-out locations?: He loves that coffee shop, man, the tea is bangin'
17) Wing color and how do they deal with their wings?: Dark brown. He ignores them, though he has cut small holes in his tunics for them.
18) Did they change or grow in any way physically since coming to Luceti?: Nope. Though Adele has made a couple remarks of a generally menacing nature about his beard.
19) What do they miss the most from home?: He doesn't miss home as much as he resents being held captive. But, he's a zen soul, so he doesn't let it bother him. Much.
20) What does their handwriting look like? Do they write the way they talk, or is there a clear difference between the two?: He writes in the same eloquent snark he speaks in, and his handwriting is stark, crisp, and clean. Not fancy, but neat and tidy. His signature
21) Is the way they act in person different from the way they act over the journal system?: Not terribly. The journals are pretty much a vaguely backwards comlink to him.
22) Did they gain/lose any personal goals during their stay in Luceti?: Not really.
23) Is Luceti a technological upgrade, or downgrade for them? Have they adapted to these changes well?: A downgrade, but he doesn't mind.
24) FOR STUDENTS: What is their favorite class? What is their least favorite class? What about their general behavior in school?:
25) FOR DRINKERS: What is their favorite drink? What is their least favorite drink? Do they prefer Good Spirits or Cloud Nine? What's their attitude about and while drinking?: He doesn't indulge in alcohol much, but on rare occasions he'll break out a list of alcoholic drinks that he has been working his way through trying. He doesn't get drunk easily, though.
26) Do they have any special talents? If so, what are they?: The Force. Saber dueling. Negotiation and diplomacy. Angsting. Snarking.
27) Have they learned any new skills or abilities in Luceti? If so, what are they? Why and how? Parkour.
28) What kind of habits do they have on drafts? Are they willing to kill or do they prefer to avoid fighting? Obi-Wan hasn't been in a draft yet, but when there, he'll do his best to achieve the objectives with a minimum loss of life on either side.
29) What kind of habits do they have on missions? What is their reason for going on them? What do they intend to use their points for? Obi-Wan hasn't been on a mission yet, and has no need of points or rewards, but he may go simply to help friends or allies, especially if the mission is not an aggressive one.
30) How long have they been in Luceti? Has that length of time impacted them in any way?: He arrived in early January. In the last four months, he has gotten over a lot of his pain over the events that destroyed the Order, though occasionally specific triggers will bring it back. (Typically, anything that makes him feel powerless to help people.)
31) How do they unwind and get back to normal after a brutal experiment, event, or draft? Primarily, by offering to help others. It gives him a sort of peace and a clarity of purpose.
32) What is their worst experience from an experiment or kidnapping? Were there any that they actually liked? He has mixed feelings about Adele's AU persona.
33) Anything else you want to note?: Nnnnope, that about covers it.
Harry Dresden
2) Weight: Around 190.
3) Eye color/Hair Color: Brown/Dark brown.
4) Age: 37. He probably looks a little younger, but wizard age differences haven't kicked in enough to be noticeable yet.
5) Physical features: You mean aside from the fact that he's the size of an NBA player? Scars. Boy's got a few. Knife wounds, gunshots, burns, claw marks, sword injuries. You name it, it's probably happened to him at some point.

7) Who do they live with and how are chores divided in their house/apartment?: He lives alone. In theory, this means he does the cleaning and upkeep.
... In theory.
8) Their favorite (and least favorite, if you want) foods and who does the cooking in their house/apartment?: His favorite foods include steak sandwiches and beer from MacAnally's pub, and various delicacies off the menu of fine Burger King eateries.
9) What they do during an average day in Luceti: Magical experiments, mostly. He's been working on organizing a magical group, but it's only in the theoretical stages. He's been meeting with Molly on a daily basis for lessons, the time of which has varied primarily based on how on top of his schedule he is- which typically isn't very.
10) Their general sense of fashion: Ahahaha. He wears a black leather coat, a shirt, and blue jeans. If you're lucky, he's remembered to wash the jeans.
11) Do they have any hobbies? Did they come up with these hobbies in Luceti, or was it something they always did?: Magic, and that one's been around for a while. He's also taken to sort of collecting celebrity encounters.
12) Has the situation in Luceti changed their view on certain topics/the way they react to different things?: Not really- his only friend from outside of Luceti is Molly, and they've been on pretty good terms for a while now.
13) Do they have a weapon? If so, do they carry it at all times or just under certain circumstances?: Well, he ordinarily keeps some variety of handgun on his person, but he hasn't found one to his liking in the shops and apparently ammunition is at a premium. His staff and his blasting rod are both missing in action, and he has none of his magical accoutrements except his necklace so far, so his only weapon is his army-surplus knife, found in the shop, and his own weakened innate magic. That, however, he definitely keeps on hand.
14) Who are their neighbors?: Well, Molly, for one. He doesn't really chat with the folks next door much.
15) Who are their best friends in Luceti? How often do they spend time with them and doing what? Well, his only close personal friend is Molly, who he has lessons with on a near-daily basis as mentioned. However, he has gotten to like and respect Richard Sharpe, despite having seen little of him since they were tossed together by the world-swapping event.
16) Their favorite areas/stores/hang-out locations?: He likes the bar, he likes the square, and he likes his own little poorly-lit apartment.
17) Wing color and how do they deal with their wings?: His wings are black, and he typically just stuffs them under his duster and tries to forget about them. It's a bit harder now that his duster's gone missing, especially since he wound up cutting ragged holes in all his shirts.
18) Did they change or grow in any way physically since coming to Luceti?: Not really.
19) What do they miss the most from home?: He's managed to put off a nervous breakdown over finding his daughter simply by knowing that he'll be returned to the same moment he left, but he does miss Murphy and Michael and even Thomas, a great deal.
20) What does their handwriting look like? Do they write the way they talk, or is there a clear difference between the two?: Chicken scratch. His writing depends on the purpose- when writing in-depth notes, they're introspective like his own internal monologue. When he's writing quick memos, he's brief, efficient, and doesn't worry so much about spelling. When he's writing to other people, he tends to keep the same conversational tone.
21) Is the way they act in person different from the way they act over the journal system?: He's used to phones trying to die on him if he uses them for too long, so he tends to keep it brief on the phone, and that habit has translated to the journals.
22) Did they gain/lose any personal goals during their stay in Luceti?: Nope. Still really wants to find his daughter, and is sort of frustrated that he can't while he's here. But, again, he knows he's not directly missing anything, and he can tell himself that to calm himself down.
23) Is Luceti a technological upgrade, or downgrade for them? Have they adapted to these changes well?: Downgrade for the most part, but he doesn't mind. Technology never gets along with him anyway.

28) What kind of habits do they have on drafts? Are they willing to kill or do they prefer to avoid fighting? Harry's always been aggressive, blunt, and prone to crazy plans. He hasn't been on a draft yet, but if he is, that could easily be the result.
29) What kind of habits do they have on missions? What is their reason for going on them? What do they intend to use their points for? See above. At the moment, his big priority points-wise is retrieving his blasting rod, his staff, his shield bracelet, and his rings.
30) How long have they been in Luceti? Has that length of time impacted them in any way?: He's been here about two months. The initial cool-factor of being surrounded by his fictional icons (LUKE FREAKING SKYWALKER) has started to wear off, and now he's finding it harder to reassure himself about his daughter, despite knowing he'll go back to the same time.
31) How do they unwind and get back to normal after a brutal experiment, event, or draft? Eh. Harry's entire life is bizarre trauma and crap he's never dealt with before. He deals with it by getting back to work, except the really painful stuff.
32) What is their worst experience from an experiment or kidnapping? Were there any that they actually liked? He didn't mind Blackstone, except for the fact that he hurt Richard and Molly.
